and communities in five of the valley's major
cities: Palm Springs, Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert,
Indian Wells and La Quinta.
The Movie Colony
This hot spot of Palm Springs real estate, as its name implies, has celebrity status written all over it. Developed early in the century when the stars of stage and screen began to seek a protected hideaway, today this secluded location boasts myriad architectural icons. From the early Spanish cottages to the mid-century modern gems and beyond, here you'll find truly exceptional properties.
Old Las Palmas
Like The Movie Colony, this residential neighborhood was
built in the early days of Palm Springs' growth. Noted for its beautiful old homes, it proudly offers many properties considered to be an architectural tour de force. The real
estate is high-end and typically one-of-a-kind; you won't
find these homes anywhere else.
Southridge
With its impressive location on the mountain ridge above the valley floor, this gated enclave is both exclusive and very private. It features none other than Bob Hope's famous "mushroom" house at the top of the development.
Indian Canyon
A rarefied located in the Santa Rosa National Monument area which features an 18-hole championship golf course, well-appointed clubhouse, and mountain views to take your breath away.

The Springs
The Springs is a prestigious private club that offers an 18-hole golf course and large, luxury condominiums. Located directly across the street from the Eisenhower Medical Center complex.
Morningside
Located close to its neighbor, The Springs, this exclusive club also offers an 18-hole golf course and breathtaking mountain views. Here, the desert lifestyle is perfected; offering single family homes and condominiums.
Mission Hills Country Club
A long established desert club, Mission Hills features a variety of architectural styles as well as three 18-hole golf courses. Its new spa and fitness center will be ready early next year.
Mission Ranch
At Mission Ranch you’ll find nothing but luxury homes situated on generous one-acre lots and larger. This gated neighborhood affords both seclusion and grand views.
Clancey Estates
Located near Mission Ranch, this private residential neighborhood features minimum one-acre lots with large homes and luxury estates. It is virtually down the street from both an esquestrian area for horseback riding, and the elementary school campus of the very desirable private Palm Valley-Marywood School.
Desert Island
The only high-rise in the desert, it has three buildings situated around a 25-acre lake. Offering a beautiful 18-hole golf course, the private development sits across the street from the famed Annenberg Estate.
Villaggio
Villaggio Located on Frank Sinatra, this private neighborhood of 28 custom homesites offers no golf course but gated privacy and large, beautifully-appointed homes with majestic mountain views.
Vista Dunes/Vista Del Sol
Very private new neighborhoods with spectacular homesites and very high-end custom homes. Large lots and a range of impressive architectural styles, located near Rancho Mirage’s growing medical area.
Versailles
This gated community on Gerald Ford offers 40 distinctive homesites in a great location, near the Children's Museum. No golf course.
Cypress Heights

Victoria Falls

Lake Mirage
This established, gated residential development sited around man-made lakes has always retained its privacy and appeal. Located right on Country Club, it features condomiums as well as paddle boats for residents' use.
Sunrise Country Club
A short walk to the popular River shopping center, this was the first club of its kind built here by Sunrise Corporation. It features condominiums and an executive golf course.
Rancho Las Palmas
Built in conjunction with the finely remodeled Marriott Rancho Las Palmas resort, this development is right across the street from The River, putting it in the heart of Rancho Mirage and its Restaurant Row. Condominiums only.
Monterey Country Club
With the feeling of early California, this club is older, but retains the serene feeling of its grounds with large open green spaces and a waterfall. A well-appointed clubhouse, tennis and 27 holes of golf.
Other Rancho Mirage developments include Sterling Cove, Sterling Estates, Cypress Estates, La Toscana, Vista Mirage, Montage and Mira Vista at Mission Hills, Aldea, Villages/Rio del Sol, La Residence, La Veneto and Tamarisk Ridge.
Monterey Country Club
With the feeling of early California, this club is older, but retains the serene feeling of its grounds with large open green spaces and a waterfall. A well-appointed clubhouse, tennis and 27 holes of golf.
BIGHORN Golf Club
Situated high off Highway 74 against the Santa Rosa Mountains, this highly desirable club features two spectacular 18-hole courses, the Mountain Course and the Canyon Course. The well-appointed clubhouse boasts a spa, beautiful facilities, and many social activities for its active membership. There's a wealth of high-end residences noted for their prestigious contemporary and desert architecture.
Ironwood Country Club
This private, gated community which sits at the southernmost end of Portola Avenue has always been a preferred location. Here you’ll find everything from very large condominiums to spectacular luxury estates. Offers some of the area’s most beautiful golf facilities and mountain views.
Stone Eagle Club
When completed, this Lowe Enterprises development (of The Reserve fame) promises to be the desert’s most spectacular private club. Balancing 'recreation and preservation," this highly prized location in a national monument is literally carved out of the Santa Rosa Mountains. It will feature a nature-inspired Tom Doak-designed golf course as well as 44 ultra high-end luxury residences.
The Summit
An exclusive residential neighborhood which features a South Palm Desert address with luxury homes and majestic views of the Santa Rosa Mountains. It is not gated.
Montera Country Club
Built in the 1980s, this private community is not a country club, but a small, guard-gated residential development. Situated off prestigious Mesa View Drive in South Palm Desert, it offers well-appointed single family homes in a preferred location.
Marrakesh Country Club
Located across from The Vintage, this Moroccan themed, gated club has always attracted winter residents. It features an executive golf course.
Silver Spur Ranch
Steeped in history, this was once home to Bing Crosby. Today, it offers a range of architectural styles from modest cottages and midcentury homes to contemporary and Spanish style homes. Located in the coveted Washington Charter School district, this South Palm Desert neighborhood is not gated, but features a covered wagon in its landscaped entry.
Indian Ridge Country Club
Built in 1992 to meet the increasing demand for upscale homes, this well-maintained private club continues to attract a loyal following. Featuring 36 holes of Arnold Palmer designed golf and a fitness facility, the club has both single family homes and condominiums.
Palm Valley Country Club
Built in 1984, Palm Valley was the first club to offer an exercise facility. To this day, its impressive 83,000 square foot clubhouse, boasting a full-service spa, 36 holes of golf, and 16 tennis courts continue to delight many desert families. You'll find a strong sense of community and very child friendly atmosphere, offering summer camp, swim lessons, childcare and other activities.
The Grove
A series of cul-de-sacs, each built by a different developer, create the ungated neighborhood that is The Grove. A palm tree-lined entry sets it apart, and its single family homes offer variations on desert architecture.
The Lakes
Initially designed with a Western theme, this beautiful development, as its name infers, is built around a series of man-made lakes. The clubhouse offers magnificent views of the surrounding mountains, and a spa for members' use; a short ride from the freeway if visiting for the weekend.
Desert Falls
A semi-private club offering the gamut of real estate options from condominiums to high-end single family homes. It is an exceptional location off Cook Street, near the newly built Cal State San Bernardino campus; features an 18-hole golf course.
Shadow Mountain Golf Club
This was the area's first golf course development. As such it is a bastion of historical legend and lore, and planted the roots of what was later to become the world-class destination golf resort that is the Coachella Valley.
Silver Sands Racquet Club
Built in the late 1970s, this club is focused around tennis. It has always been a popular community and is well located in Palm Desert. It features private entry courtyard condominiums.
Other Palm Desert developments include Sandpiper, Avondale Golf Club, Deep Canyon Tennis Club and Vista Paseo.
The Vintage Club
Call it quintessential desert luxury living. This elegant private club raises the bar and sets a high standard for the most discerning individuals. Toscana Country Club
A new Tuscan-themed private development of exceptional residences and estate homesites which features two Jack Nicklaus Signature golf courses. Developed by legendary homebuilder Sunrise Corporation, Toscana will occupy the last remaining parcel in Indian Wells large enough for a country club.
Desert Horizons
Developed in the 1980s, Desert Horizons is a private community with one 18-hole golf course; it continues to offer many options for single family luxury homes.
Eldorado Country Club
Built mid-century, this established private club has kept its appeal. The clubhouse was remodeled several years ago. Further, a blend of architectural design with its popular golf course have made it a perennial favorite.
Los Lagos
Developed around meandering streams and lakes, these single family detached homes are ideally situated in a gated Indian Wells location with great mountain views.
Casa Dorado
This gated mid-century development offers a premier Indian Wells address without the luxury pricetag. Here you'll find attached patio homes/condominiums with great views, expansive green spaces, lakes, and two practice putting greens.

Tradition Golf Club

La Quinta Resort & Club

Mountainview Country Club
